Our flowers are sourced from the finest farms in Ireland, South America, Holland, France, Italy, and Ethiopia and carry our freshness guarantee.

It will definitely be if we have all the flowers available in store. The photos we have on our website are handmade by our own florists and we have a standard number of stems per flower arrangement. However, if the flowers are incomplete, we will replace them with another flower comparable and of the same value to the one purchased. Of course, we will inform you, and to ensure full satisfaction, a short video clip will be sent to your Whatsapp or Email once your order is ready.

Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in Dublin. The substitution of certain flowers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In Floral arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or tulips, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Place your order on our website by 4 pm and choose the next day available for delivery with our partnered courier service.

We will call the recipient and ask if we can redirect to where they are, or leave it with someone they know that are present or in the vicinity. If we cannot reach the recipient, we will call the sender and ask for another contact number, or to redeliver the order at a later time.

It is important to provide the eircode of recipient's address to be able to deliver your order.

You can specify your desired timing request in the Delivery Instructions/Special Requests box/section for Dublin and Wiclow.

Please make sure to select the Guaranteed AM or PM Delivery on the Shipping page after you have provided delivery address information.

If you have a valid discount voucher to redeem, select the product you’d like to order and proceed to the order process. You can enter your voucher code on the checkout page and click Apply Voucher. 

If valid, the discount will automatically be applied to your shopping basket and the discount amount will be visible in your order summary.

Selected voucher codes may be restricted for use against specified products, countries or date range - where possible, details of any restrictions will be communicated at the point where we promote the voucher code to you.

Yes, after you have placed your order from our website we send you an email of your order details and confirmation.

We only print what’s written exactly on the card, so in order for the recipient to know who it is from, you can include your name in the card message.

We will send you an email confirmation that your order has been delivered.

You may call our shop landline, or send a message through Email or WhatsApp to speak with our Customer Service Team to ask the status of your order.

It is important to give your order number so that we can easily track the delivery status.

We accept online payment through any credit card and PayPal. Due to covid protocols, Cash on Delivery is not available

Our standard delivery fee is €8.95 and will be delivered anytime between 09:00 - 18:00 on your requested date.

If you want to choose whether your flowers be delivered AM or PM, our standard delivery fee is €14.95

AM delivery is from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and PM Delivery is from 1:00pm to 6:00pm

No, we don’t. We consider all orders as a gift so we don’t include price tags or receipts when we send it, unless you request us to send you a copy of it.
